travel diaries: Pensacola

The first stop of summer travels was Pensacola, Florida. Beautiful white sand, sparklng blue water, wide open horizon, everything I love abouthe beach.


This was our cute little blue beach house we rented. We could walk out the back door onto the seashore. I woke up early to go on a morning run in the sand, and I stayed up late to sit by the ocean at night.


One of the nights I was in Pensacola happened to be the night of the super moon. The sky was gorgeous, as you can see. I actually slept on the porch under the stars that night, listening to the sound of the waves. The entire sky was lit up by the moon, I couldn't believe how big and bright it was.


My favorite time of day is dusk, and it's even better by the sea. I spent my whole trip to Pensacola on the beach, so I'm only sharing a few photos because they are all of the same thing.

Next is California, I'm warning you now that it's going to be a long post! I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer!
