Origami Paper Crafts---Day 2

It's Day 2 of Origami Paper Crafts week and today we're making  tiny flowers! They can be used for so many different things, like embellishments, jewelry, pretty packaging, etc... So here's how to make them!

You'll need origami paper, a small circle paper punch (or just scissors), and mini brads (you can find mini brads in the scrapbooking section of a craft store).

Cut 4 small circles of origami paper. I used a 1 inch-starburst paper punch, but you could also use a scalloped punch or just plain circle.

Fold the circle in half, and then in half again.

Do this to all four circles.

Use a needle and poke a hole through the bottom of the folded circle.

To make it easier to poke the hole, I layed the folded circle on a piece of foam board and pushed the needle through it.

Put the folded circles on the brad, and then close the brad to secure it.

You can also just put two folded circles on the brad to make a bow shape.

Make a bunch of them to use in all your craft projects!

I glued one onto a metal ring base and it makes a super cute ring!

I'll have a new post tomorrow with more origami paper fun!
