strawberry-citrus cupcakes

I made these delicous strawberry-citrus cupcakes a few weeks ago and just never got around to posting about them until now. I wish I had taken photos while I was making them but I only have a picture of the result! My mom found the recipe here and I baked them for us. They are amazing. Light and fluffy and strawberry-y and orange-y and sweet and yummy, you can probably tell I love them. The recipe calls for orange juice but I think lemon juice would also be equally as delicous. ♥
